We want you to get the best value — that’s why we may match a competitor’s price on eligible products, all in AUD.

How it works:

  • The product must be identical in brand, model, size, colour, and specs.
  • The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer with stock available for immediate purchase.
  • The price must be publicly available and verifiable before your purchase.

What’s excluded:

  • Clearance, refurbished, discontinued, or bundle deals
  • Coupons, cashback, loyalty rewards, or overseas retailers
  • Trade, wholesale, or volume pricing
  • Delivery, installation, or service fees

The details:

  • Price matches are limited to reasonable quantities.
  • Requests must be made before purchase — no refunds or credits afterwards.
  • All decisions are at management’s discretion.
